I’ve played Cello since age 6.   I have played as the principal cellist of several orchestras, do recording studio work, play with traveling bands,  and have done a few film soundtracks.  The soundtrack for the PBS documentary “Torchbearers” I worked on with Sonji Woodruff was nominated for an Emmy.   I was the featured musician for the 2014 Moth MainStage event at the Byham  Theater,  playing my own compositions solo for a sold-out crowd of 1300.  My friend Ken recorded this video of me improvising at an open mic in Pittbsurgh last October.
